Also assess where does my care and teaching stand as part of children's development. As i believe children do not always need strictly structured learning environment. In early ages they learn through play, and which is important for their later development and  in learning process. most of all specially at early ages they need plenty of love to make them confident to face the world. Although everyone needs love at all stages of life.
